Digital Transformation

Digital transformation with practical benefit.

Process digitisation, system integration and tools that give management a clear picture. Delivered in stages, prioritising where time and money are being lost.

Not “transformation” on paper. Fewer spreadsheets, fewer errors, faster decisions.

Most Greek businesses already have software. The problem is that it does not talk to itself: the ERP does not know what the e-shop sold, the CRM does not know who paid, and the accountant receives the figures in Excel at month-end. The transformation we do starts there.

With twenty years in IT and experience from projects in industry, energy, insurance and retail, we know that technology is the easy part. The hard part is changing the way people work without stopping the business. That is why we work in small, measurable steps.

First the problem, then the solution

We start with mapping: which processes run, who runs them, how long they take, where errors occur. From that comes a priority list with an estimated benefit for each item. You choose where we start.

Mapping & strategy

Documenting processes and systems, identifying friction points, a roadmap with priorities and estimated benefit.

System integration

ERP, CRM, e-shop, accounting, banks, myDATA, public databases. Data is entered once and flows everywhere.

Custom tools

Internal applications for what off-the-shelf software does not cover: project management, attendance, requests, approvals, reporting.

Infrastructure & security

Servers, backups, monitoring, access and credential management, GDPR. The foundation everything else stands on.

Examples

What it means in practice:

Retail & e-commerce

  • Real-time ERP ↔ e-shop inventory sync
  • Automatic invoicing and myDATA submission
  • Unified revenue view across all channels
  • Competitor price monitoring

Services & B2B

  • CRM with contact, quote and contract history
  • Digital approval and signature flows
  • Maintenance contract management and reminders
  • Customer portal for requests and documents

Management

  • Dashboard with revenue, collections, open items
  • Automated monthly and annual reports
  • Attendance and staff management
  • Process documentation so you do not depend on individuals

Why in stages.

A “big transformation project” delivered in eighteen months almost always fails: needs change, the team tires, the budget runs out. We deliver something working every few weeks. You use it, tell us what works, and we move to the next step. The benefit starts in month one and the risk stays small.

Documentation as a deliverable

Every system we build is delivered with full documentation: architecture, processes, access, instructions. The goal is that whoever takes over tomorrow — an employee, a partner or another company — knows exactly what they are dealing with. We consider that your right, not an optional luxury.

Funding

EU & national digital transformation grants

We have delivered projects funded under SME digital transformation programmes. We know the specifications and deliver with the documentation audits require.

FAQ

Questions about digital transformation

I am a small business. Does this apply to me?
More than to large ones. A small business loses proportionally far more time to manual work. Often one or two small projects — e.g. connecting the e-shop to the ERP and automating reports — free up hours every week.
Do I have to change my ERP?
Almost never. We work with the systems you have (SoftOne, Entersoft, Pylon, SAP and others) and connect them. We recommend an ERP change only if the current one truly cannot do the job.
How do I know it will pay off?
Before each stage starts, we agree what we will measure: hours saved, errors reduced, collection speed. After delivery we measure it together. If it does not pay off, we do not proceed to the next stage.
Can it be funded through a grant programme?
Often, yes. We keep you informed about open digital transformation programmes and work with your accountant or consultant on the application. The technical part and documentation are our responsibility.
