What data e-grow.gr collects, why, for how long, and how you exercise your rights. Written to be read, not to discourage.

1. Data controller

The controller is E-Grow, 14 El. Venizelou Ave., 171 21 Nea Smyrni, Greece, tel. +30 211 41 61000, email info@e-grow.gr. For any matter concerning your personal data you can contact us at the details above.

2. What we collect and why

Contact form

When you fill in the form we collect your name, email and, optionally, company, phone and your message. We use them solely to reply to your request and, if you ask, to send you a proposal. Legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering those who write to us. Data is kept for up to 24 months after the last contact, unless a collaboration follows, in which case it is kept for its duration and as tax law requires.

Server logs

The server hosting the site automatically logs IP address, date and time, page, browser and referring page for security and technical operation (legitimate interest). Logs are deleted within 30 days at the latest.

Statistics and advertising (cookies)

Only if you accept in the cookie notice, we use third-party tools to measure traffic and the performance of our advertising: Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and Google Ads (Google Ireland Ltd), Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd — Facebook, Instagram) and LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland). Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and Greek law 3471/2006). You can withdraw it at any time by deleting your browser cookies — the notice will appear again. Google tools run with Consent Mode: without consent they store no cookies.

3. Cookies we use

Necessary: egrow-consent (stores your cookie choice, 12 months) — no consent required. Statistics / advertising (consent only): Google cookies (_ga, _ga_*, _gcl_*, up to 2 years), Meta (_fbp, 3 months) and LinkedIn (li_*, bcookie, up to 1 year). The exact list depends on the tools active at the time.

4. Recipients and transfers

Form data is not shared with third parties. Cookie data is received by the providers listed above, some of which may process it outside the EEA (USA) under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and to withdraw consent. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights are infringed you may contact the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

6. Security

The site runs exclusively over HTTPS. The form is protected against automated submission (honeypot, rate limit) and messages reach only our company email.

7. Changes

This policy is updated when tools or legislation change. Last updated: September 2026.
